What we collect when you create an account

Your email address, so we can send you sign-in codes. When you sign in again, we email you a 6-digit code to confirm it is you. We may also ask for one when you first create your account.
Your mobile number, from any country. It is required for everyone because we need it to understand your requirements. We do not send you a code by text message, and we do not check that it is yours. We do not share it with any builder unless you ask that builder to phone you.
Whatever you give is stored encrypted. Your name is optional.
When you sign in, so we can keep your account secure.

We never sell your details, and we never share them with a builder unless you ask that builder to contact you.
You can browse the key facts of every project without an account. Floor plans and prices are for people with a free account, so that we know who is interested: that is why we ask for your name, email and mobile number.
We use no ad trackers, ad pixels or third-party analytics. Our only cookies are the ones needed to keep you signed in.

You choose one project and how you want to be contacted. If you choose a phone call, our team shares your name, mobile number and email with a salesperson at that project's builder, who calls you about it. The builder gets your real number, not a masked one. That is how they can call you.
If you tick the box “I want all communication to happen over a virtual meeting” (for example because you live in another city or country), we keep your mobile number and do not give it to the builder; every conversation is a Google Meet or Zoom meeting. We share only your name and email address with their salesperson, to invite them to the meeting.
Our own team may also contact you on your mobile number or email to understand your requirements better before connecting you with a builder.
Your request lasts until you withdraw it. You can withdraw it at any time with one click, and we then stop sharing your details and ask the builder to stop contacting you.
We cannot take back details a builder already holds, so withdrawing does not delete them from the builder's records.

You can delete your account at any time. Your email, mobile number and name are removed straight away.
